I think if a player commits a flagrant foul that results in an injury then the offending player should be kicked out of the game.

I think it would be useless change... You see it from the side that your player injured. What if you train a player and he will make the foul and he will be kicked out of the game?Or your best player during a rival game. Only disadvantages this option

In real life it is common for a player to be ejected for a flagrant foul... so if your trainee is injured by a flagrant foul it is ok for him to leave the game and to be sidelined for weeks while nothing happens to the aggressive player who causes the injury? I don't really get this logic.

I'm an advocate for injuries to be removed from this game, but if they remain I don't see why this suggestion (penalising the aggressive player as well) couldn't be implemented. It actually makes a lot of sense. Yeah, it sucks to have your cherished player unavailable for ages, but it also sucks to have him sidelined because of the actions of another player. It should suck both ways.

If my trainee or my key player will be injured i will be dissapointed but i can understand it because it is part of the game and injuries happen in any sport in real life.
Also injuries are already disadvantage for all of us and do you agree to add 1 more disadvantage to the game?Do you want your player to not play for 2-3 weeks because he made a foul??You will not like it!
The game is semi-realistic and is good!

Your request to remove the injuries also is complicated because they must remove also the doctor from the staff.

This change will not improve the game but will make the users angry and unhappy

Not necessarily. Being ejected from the game would be enough. That would be fair and realistic.

But I agree with your point that there isn't much need to add more disgust and anger towards the game than injuries already do.

A player will get ejected if he commits two flagrant fouls.

Has this ever happened in BB? I don't recall this happening with or against my team in 50+ seasons, but maybe someone can say otherwise with their experience.

Anyway, in real life flagrant 2 foul exists and leads to instant ejection...

I'm not advocating a suspension for the offending player but rather just an ejection from the game. And while training is big for some people, winning is the ultimate goal. I've lost more than one game based on an early flagrant on a key player of mine with nothing in return but a pair of free throws.
