The Home Grown Kings PL Opportunity...

Hello fellow managers.

I am going to be running a Private League (PL) competition in Season 69 which will run for the entire season and include finals.

The name of the PL will be Home Grown Kings (HGK).

As the name suggests, it will be a PL for Home Grown teams only.

To be able to compete in this PL (or any other PL) you need to be a paid supporter.

So, if you are a supporter, understand what it means to be a HG team, please read on...

UTOPIAN TEAMS WELCOME!

I want to be clear from the outset that your main team and/or your second team, as long as they are 100% HG, are welcome to compete in the Home Grown Kings competition.

Not only can either or both of your 1st or 2nd teams compete, your team REGARDLESS OF ITS SALARIES, is welcome!
I mean, my 1st team will only have $100k Total salaries in Season 69...

Okay, enough chatter, here's what you need to know:

WHO: Any team (1st or 2nd) which is 100% Home Grown.
WHAT: A Private League (PL) which will run for the entirety of Season 69.
WHERE: Right here on BB!
WHEN: Games begin at the start of next season.
WHY: Because HG managers need a PL where they can test their HG teams against other like-minded managers.

PRIVATE LEAGUE STRUCTURE:

12 Teams
Top 4 Playoffs
Neutral Site for each game

WILL CONSIDER A LARGER PL (16 teams) IF NUMBERS DICTATE IT



So, here's what you need to do if you are still reading this thread and still interested:


STEP 1
Make sure you know what 'Home Grown' means (see link above) and that your team is 100% Home Grown!

STEP 2
Make sure that you undersatand that to compete in a Private League (PL), you need to be a supporter.
SPECIAL NOTE: for the purpose of this competition, you will need to be a paid supporter up until the end of Seaosn 69. (This can be addressed at the beginning of next season).

STEP 3
Make it known in this thread that you are wanting to compete in next season's Home Grown Kings PL. I will then add you to the list of teams wishing to compete.
IMPORTANT: If I do not add you to the list (it will appear on a post directly following this, then please let me know that I missed your expression of interest.

STEP 4
Towards the end of this season, you will see "100% HG & Ready" written in bold next to your team's name. This means that I have checked out your team to confirm you are HG and you will be invited to the PL prior to the start of Season 69.
If you are not HG, I will flick you a bbmail and have a chat.

STEP 5
Go about your business and be ready for the Home Grown Kings' first PL in Season 69

My primary team will definitely be up for this. Currently utopian team has two bought trainees, but if I sell them I’ll let you know.

I am currently locked in a PL until the end of November, but after that, should the Home Grown Kings continue for the coming seasons, I would also be happy to take part in it.
