2 possibilities

1. Weakling was not able to register on/before deadline. The deadline to register is 4/22/2011 12:00:00 PM.
2. Bug

Though number 1 I think is the reason. Sayang lang ksi desidido tlaga cyang tumakbo at manalo. Nagsend pa ng BB-mail sa mga managers.

1. Weakling was not able to register on/before deadline. The deadline to register is 4/22/2011 12:00:00 PM.
2. Bug
