There already is a punishment for 1 dimensional trainers as the skills increase salary exponentially not linearly.

Yup - I know - but - then again -

WHAT IF.... by increasing other skills other than lets say, jump shot... (handling, driving, passing, etc) - the exponential increase instead of being (pulling this number out of my exhaust pipe) 1,9 drops to 1,8 from one level to another... it would seem minimal, but in the long run... very very interesting...

In theory, I will expect, that this will not happen. More likely is that some salaries will be freeze.

Hi, this table was done when the new potentials were at the beginning, a few months ago I did one that is more consistent and realistic, but never forget that this are just estimations, and after the MVP level is just speculation, we cant know for sure how much an historic or a Leyend can develop.

0 Announcer: < 5k
1 Bench warmer: < 5k
2 Role player: < 9,5k
3 6th man: 11,5-13,5k,
4 Starter: 21-24k,
5 Star: 33-40k
6 AllStar: 43-65k
7 Perennial allstar: 80-100k
8 Superstar: 125-145k
9 MVP: 195-230k
10 Hall of famer: 500k+
11 All time great: 1M+

Regards.

I think that the Bench Warmer valuation on this list is too low. I bought an 18 y/o centre with benchwarmer potential and 5,455 salary at the begining of the season. He's popped 4 times at more or the same rate as the other players being trained.

Don't SFs reach their potential much earler? I can't imagine a SF with salary of 150k.. Any thoughts?

We are the ones who wanna play, always wanna go but we never wanna stay

i believe much other persons not, but i talked from a multi skilled sf not the shooting guard without OD who the system often list as a SF.

We have to remember that potential are not based on salary but skills. The fact that salaries are also based on skills, so they can be used as a proxy or roughly estimation of potential caps does not have to make us forget that potential is based on skills.

I end up with a quite similar conclusion about why SFs migt be hitting the cap earlier than others positions.

i know a potential 8(7 is allstar right) SF who is improving pretty slow, with 40k salary which isn't close to the values in the table.
