Based on my experience, Inside Iso usually begins with the inside players, who attem
pt to play one-on-one. However, if your inside players encounter a very strong inside defense, there is a high probability that they will pass the ball to the outside attackers. Therefore, Inside Iso requires a high level of passing ability from the inside players, and your outside attackers often have many shot attempts.
Lastly, the above is just my personal opinion
