Just my opinion, in short.

Merging Leagues would be OK, but merging nations is no't so good for me.

Users will lost their NT-s, U21, their identity, their country.

But making 2-3 micro-nations play in a new league should be OK, and more competitive.

What is exactly a micro-nation, a nation belong how many users?
For me a micro-nation is not a nation they have lets say a full active 1st league.

This is where we hold them!

I get along with this , the leagues can be merge due to better competition, but the countries should stay as they are.
But if you merge Albania and Macedonia (as it is speculated), that would be suicide for you. Maybe you should make some official survey in which the users can select wich country they can merge with.

By reading most of this thread so far... I guess a simple option would be just keep countries the way are, simply change the system in such a way that each and every team in the game is part of a system which has at least one first league, and 4 full second leagues. This way, competitiveness is higher and also tanking gets a little less easy for countries with less than 20 users.

So is the problem strictly with Albania? Would you Macedonians be okay playing with managers from Montenegro?

Why don´t you just simply ask the related nations and all of their users with a survey in every national forum? Than you will have clear fact´s!

So instead of having roughly 5% of BB managers upset about a change (current micro-nations), we'd have 25% to 30% of the managers upset about a change. It could be very dangerous.

In Austria we just organized a suvey and about 80% recipiants are actually upset about a merge for Austria. Not about a change!! A change in different things would be necessary!

Once more I can say that I´m not able to see the consequential necessity to merge every Nation with less than 50/40 active teams. If there´s a problem with walk overs in NT games, than you just have to fix this problem. I guess there will be less discussion with this view nations ;-)

Edit: a lot of managers from macro-nations are involved in this thread!

Yes of strictly with them, but if we merge with Montenegro, what would be name of the new League. If I win the league or the tournament I want to be Champion of Macedonia not Champion of some not existing country. Simple it doesn`t have sense. We will lose our identity, so it`s the best for our country and our managers that there are no changes.

I think that's what they were trying to fogure out this whole thread.

That's why I wrote that we should keep the national leagues and establish alongside a championship tournament with nations having the same language. For example every Sunday managers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland playing a DACH Tournament....why not? Problem solved.....

Not all parts are directed at Leonidas. Forgot to change the recipient...

I am completely opposed to integration.

Then you should leave sooner than later.

Users will lost their NT-s, U21, their identity, their country.

This has already been dismissed. It is more than useless to stir up some dirt, that is not worth being discussed. All you do, is foster some rumors.

In Austria we just organized a suvey an about 80% are upset about a merge for Austria.

That is far from true, please don't exaggerate. One third of Austrias managers participated in the survey, and only five managers in total want absolutely no change, thats 10% of our country. Those are users sitting comfortably in DIV I and might fear they have to put up with some stronger competition.

9 participants of the poll want nothing to change, but a BBB new, with more entrants - clearly they want their easy life in DIV I to continue, but to get some action an additional competition. While an expanded BBB might be an interesting thing, it does not solve the core problem, that there is no foundation in the lower leagues left.

If you take a look at our U21 and our current national team, you will see, that it has no future, because you guys in DIV I don't train young players.

Please take a look at my roster....I have 4 trainees.

Furthermore I don't have an easy life in DIV 1....as you can see on my league rank.....
