What about link the game shape with the injury probability? It make sense to me, when you are in a bad shape, if you don't control de minutes you play you can get a muscular injury f.e. If the last week you had play 100 minutes, the next week is more likely you get injuried. Or maybe they can put a limit, like +90 minuts per week so if you pass that limit, the injury can appear more suddenly. In this cases, the trainers will not be affected. There's a lot of options to make this right.

It's not a good idea actully.
Most of B3 team are in a short roster, it's proved to be the best choice in this system, why do you just force on a 6-man-chinese team but not those who has only 5 players in their roster? 快马巨鞭 won the title for the advanced players and tactics but not for the short roster.
Your idea of changing cause damage of the training system which is the basic of the game. As the A-Dub said, don't the managers want a longer roster? We have not enough money!
What you should think about is the finace. BB player's salary changes erery season, and it takes a long time to train a B3 level player. We cannot get the "rooike bouns" like the NBA teams. Luka Dončić demand a 30M contrat but he get only 8M last season. Moreover, as a player who is weak in stamina, he played 40+min in the half of the playoffs last season.

Actually a great training facility
I actually like this change. Now you won't be able to "afk" train 3 world class players at once, because sooner or later they will get injured and lose precious weeks of training.

Who knows, maybe the meta will change towards training the guys you can actually use now instead of paying 2-4m for a 60 tsp hall of famer and afk training him until hes 160 tsp.

For the record: last few seasons I trained 2 players, ones a starter and ones a substitute and loved the way it worked. Was never a fan of short rosters, always used a 10man lineup.

Well on a certain way it could be more realistic but injuries in game is something that personally I don't like, I had an injury on game 1 of the finals last season and I didn't find it funny
Instead if the effectiveness over 30yo will drop going over 36 minutes probably managers who loves to win must spend some money to have a decent reserve. A player with total sum skills over 140 "drops" 1 skill on the first minute after played 36 minutes, 2 skills after 2 minutes, 4 skills after 3 minutes, 8 skills after 4 minutes till arrive at 48 minutes when he will be like a lucky fun. We should see also some interesting matches in case of overtime in this case and for sure who spends more in deep roster will win.

Check the updated S55 News... the Wording was changed to:

we would like to limit the effectiveness of short rosters, used by many teams across BuzzerBeater. We will be looking into tweaks to player stamina effects on late game performance and possibly an age based increased probability of injury for players playing full matches, where older players will be affected more, while draftees won't feel the change at all. We will be testing these changes during the season, and will be seeking your feedback on what the best solution will be.

Now it is much clearer...

The only reason that I insist to play this game is training the dream players. If the probability of injury increases and other new training rules are not implemented, it will be unfair to training-enhising teams, which will discourage training enthusiasts and invisibly increase medical investment and training costs.

I hate the idea of punishing players for playing 48 mins. It harms training players way too much, especially if you want to train 3 players in single position training.

I think the adjustment around it should be based on playing too many minutes week to week rather than in a single game.if players are playing 90+ mins a week it should increase their injury risk. This would reduce 5 man teams as they can’t just play 5/6 guys in every competitive game and would have to have some sort of rotation players to manage their minutes during those games

I 100% agree with you and it makes perfect sense - if a player is playing 90 plus minutes regularly maybe it could have a probability increase that they get injured. Maybe this could run on a rolling average across three weeks and make it 80 minutes?

Exactly. In such a long-term game you can't announce new rules redefining the whole strategy and apply them directly.
Even more when it's about something that EVERYONE hates and that makes the game unfair : injuries.

Right now a 9+ stamina player will play 45+ min in every tight game. And because of his high stamina, he should end up injured more often ? That makes no sense.

Why not just lower even more the efficiency depending on stamina and playing time, and allow more substitutions in tight games for high stamina players ?
