Sorry..hindi talaga maganda ang naipakita ng team sa dalawang scrimmage. Dehado tayo masyado sa ilalim. May dalawang malakas sana tayong malalaki kaso ang sama ng GS. nagmessage na ako sa mga foreign owners nila. Sabi nila papataasin daw, pero ang nangyari average pa din ang GS nila. Sana by friday mag-improve na ang GS. Hindi ko sila malalagay sa starting line-up kung ganyan kababa ang GS nila. So far, si Juntado maganda ang pinapakita. Pati si Jaranilla at del Valle.

Our first game will be against Turkey. They won against us in the scrimmage. Pero kung tumaas ang GS ng mga malalaki natin, we could win..

Question about game shape.

Assuming na hindi ako mag tetrain ng GS, ano ang best way to improve GameShape automatically? Ilang minutes ba dapat playing time nila to get the optimum GS improvement ?

Ola! Ideal training time/gameshape is 48 minutes. No need to train for your game shape. ;)

ang ibig sabihin nya is kung ilang minutes pwede malaro ng player para hindi bababa ang GS ng players..

i think sir Dusty, 48-75 minutes.. kung over 90,bumababa siya.. kung 75-90, walang pagbabago.. based on experience lang po..

Kapag pinaglaro mo ang player mo ng 48-75min per week, mag-iimprove ang game shape nya. proficient ang pinakamataas na aabutin.

The World Championships has started. We are in the same bracket with Turkey, Chile, Italy, USA and Misr. Italy is perhaps the team to beat. They are bannered 200K behemoth and their three 70K+ guard combo.

We won the first game last night against Turkey, 96-85, thanks to a blitzing 1st quarter led by the very surprising Alex Juntado III. A great game for Theo del Castillo too. The game's top scorer with 28 points and hauled in 12 rebounds.

By I think the best player of the game is Alex Juntado. He held his own against Turkey's best big man in Gündüz Yenigün.
