maybe you meant one on one... kasi walang man to man na training

and LA-Ubaldo is right, pressure ang kelangan mo train para tumaas OD ng players na tinitrain mo sa position na yun

help po..kung training ko po ay jump shot (PG/SG),tpos naglaro ung isang player ko ng 24 min as PG at 24 min as SG sa isang week,makakakuha ba sya ng full training for the week??
