I think I have a plan, but our old mate the silent Kangaroo still has some very talented players on his roster, so you never know.

Depending on who drops back into here/promotes up into here I think you're in great shape to at the very least make the playoffs next season - you were very close this year. With a bit of luck I won't be in your way next season at least. Either way, hopefully there's some chat in this conference next season as well, it's been nice having someone else who can work a keyboard.

To be honest, a third game wouldn't exactly hurt the hip pocket, which has taken quite a bit of hurt this season.

I think you will be pretty safe. I checked Kangaroo the other day and he hasn't logged oon for awhile.

Hopefully who ever comes down likes to have a bit of a chat. With a bit of luck next season if I make it up or if you come back down we can be in the same league. Lol.

You're right, he still hasn't logged on. I hope for your sake he doesn't go bot. That would make that whole side of the draw as bots (the champ side from that half of the draw went bot the season before this). It just makes it too boring playing against too many bot sides. It does make drafting stars easier though.
You'd be relying on someone pushing their way up to strengthen that side of the draw if he bots, because no team would promote up from there to get out.
Hopefully he fronts for the next round.

I thought I was in trouble when the guy I started at centre had 5 fouls before quarter time and I had 10 as a team, but it settled after that. Having a team with 3 guards on salaries of 45k or higher only throw 4 assists as a team for the entire game was truly odd as well. I know my main PG is good, but surely they make more passes than that.

Best of luck next season Kangas, Avengers and Buzz, hopefully you get another couple of active sides in here and hopefully when one of you pushes up to Div II next season I'm still there and not continuing the yo-yoing between divisions.

I'll start. Avengers for the win, with Nygaard taking out MVP narrowly from Hongjing, with Bunce, Mpozonis, Parkes and Simko also getting among the votes."


Nygaard to win narrowly from Hongjing wasn't far off the mark, Simko and Mpozonis also getting votes I'll take as a win, surprised to not see Bunce and Parkes in there given the impact either being in the team or not had on their teams. Odd to see so few players poll as well.

Hopefully Nygaard can launch you back up into Div 2 next season, Neo.

How did you guys go in the draft. I managed to scout two 18 year olds who had 5 ball talent and 5 ball potential, I scored one of them on draft night and am very happy with him, Hall of Famer, but who got the other one? Should have been an 18 yo, 6"4 SG by the scouting data. He'd be MVP or higher if I've worked out how the scouting goes.

I hope you guys scored some talent and have a decent run of training them.

Wow, this comp is still a ghost town in the chat bar, huh? I see at least there are two active sides on each side of the ladder now, which is a start. Did anyone score a decent player in the draft?
