I'm just wondering how I should train my player to make the most of my player better and get him on to the U21 team

Weekly salary: $ 13 042
Role: regular starter
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 128600
Age: 20
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: tremendous Jump Range: proficient
Outside Def.: tremendous ↑ Handling: prominent ↑
Driving: sensational Passing: average
Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: inept

Experience: pitiful

Well Mickyster who is coach of the U21s and who answered your post, is best to ask.

Myself I quite like him, but I agree with Mickyster he is about 4 pops short on his passing and maybe 1 pop short on OD.

Mickyster who has a knowledge of what other prospects are on the radar, and if you asked him he would give you an honest answer as to whether he has no chance of making the U21s team

If he was out of contention then depending on what the other training requirements are of your other trainees, I would strongly consider taking another tact with him.

It would be slow work and you might only get 4 or 5 pops doing it because of his height, but if you trained ID all next season, he would get to 9 or 10 in ID.

Hard slow work, but you would have an incredibly handy salary efficent player who could hold down SF in Div III or be a handy back up in higher grades.

If you decided to sell him at the end of next season or better yet the start of the season after, he would probably sell for a mill

If his passing was a few levels higher he would be in team for sure. Train his passing and he should make it providing his game shape is good.

Have we elected you in yet for a 2nd term?

If not when does that happen?

Final Scrim before the election starts. Only 14 players in the squad now and we are taking on Iran on Monday.

Looking forward to finishing the season on a high.

Slight delay on replying Sid. I'm plugging away at Buzerbeater, but seem to have hit a wall. I seem to be able to maintain a basically talented squad that makes the semis of Div III consistently, but can't seem to elevate to the next level. Still trying to sort that out. Any tips?
How about you?

Its not easy at the moment with the way the transfer market is.

My Utopian team is at the moment stuck in Div III.

I believe my way forward in Utopia will be through a trainee Paxton Okoro who I believe in a couple of seasons time will be one of the best Small Forwards in world buzzerbeater.

My current plan is to keep my list relatively young and acquire a couple of players who will fit in with the training plan of Okoro and who when they develop, be good enough to take me to the top of Utopia

Whilst I find it frustrating to not be at a higher competition level in Utopia at least I get some enjoyment watching Okoro develop

I have pulled the plug on my Utopia team as buying old farts to win in Div II did not seem worth it to me.
My trainees were going ok but I sold them off and my team will be dead in 7 days for good.
