I think that, to be Major Update, it really have to be impactful on the game, if the BB Staff says its minor, is because it doesn't really impactful the game.

My First thought, is that the new Trainer should give train, or a percentage, to all players on the team that have 18/19 years old, so that all players receive a bit of training and minor Nations have players trained automatically. If it just give a small boost, people have to consider to pay 1 more trainer to have 1 or 2 pops in the end of the Season, is it worth it? Let's try to figure out it.

Actually, I think, even a low percentage, that psychology and Nutritionist will impact a lot on the game, specially on Nutritionist, if it keeps the Stamina all the season it starts for not being "bad", and if it gives a bit of Stamina, lets say, 1 or 2 pops for Season, it is completely worth it, really impactful and is a must on every team.

I think its a good update, is good that the Staff is considering change things that are still for along time and are not afraid to change it. A lot of things still have to be considered to change, like the biddings, but for that we will have to wait more time.

Hi, the main coach is replaced by the secondary coach in the staff list.

Where did the main coach go

Too bad I just started rebuilding and trained 3 18yr old rookies for a season. It would be nice to announce this 3-5 season prior.

I completely agree with you about staff bidding. It is ridiculous and I have disliked this since it was implemented. Previous staff system was way better even if it still was not very good. Staff biding is by far the biggest minus in this game and has been so since it was introduced. I am surprised that so many seems to think it is ok and even more that it has still not disappeared after all these seasons.

I am so tired of hunting regular trainers so it is not nice to know that you once in a while should do so even for youth trainers that you reasonably only can keep for two seasons because then you no longer train players in that age and the salary is likely to be a waste because it would be strange if it was worth to keep it for 10 seasons until next time you have 18-19 years old in rotation ...

If these trainers really makes a difference then I think that it would have been good to announce 2 or 3 seasons ahead that it will come so that it won't be like it is for you right now. It gives an unfair disadvantage just because you happened to rebuild at the wrong time ...

I was on the brink of quitting the game ... or at least just occasionally show up from time to time. This new addition sounds good to me ... so a big thumbs up! If you could still fix those NT/U21-Statistics, that would be very much appreciated ...

So I'm still not sure if this new feature will keep my enthusiasm up, but it's definitely the right direction. Especially since the training aspect of the game always was my main focus ... keep up the work!

Does this mean all 18-19s automatically get the training boost or just those that played the training position like normal? Example with Youth Trainer boost being 5% and training OD.

Player A: 48+ PG - training 105%
Player B: 48+ PF - training 5%
Player C: 0 minutes - training 5%
