Now I understand. Is PA the only skill that gets trained faster than other when players age?

Sounds fishy
You say OD pops every 3 weeks at 27 for a player 6'2"?
Documented info at training source shows 13% effectiveness for such players
that would bring you a pop every 6-7 weeks

level 5 trainer
can't imagine that higher level would have made this much of a difference
my 6'5", 25 year old is also going on 4 weeks and might need a 5th

My 6'8" trainee needed 4 weeks for OD when he was 20 while he upped in JR after two weeks of training when he was 23 .. age alone isn't saying too much about training time ;)

This is not a fair experiment to draw a conclusion from. Perhaps his sub level for JR was medium to high (0.4 to 0.67) and this is why even at that age of 23 he only needed 2 weeks to pop. Also perhaps his sublevel was low in OD so this explains why he needed 4 weeks to pop at a younger age.
