With the last delay, they didnt make any announcements either. Here it is about 6 hrs late for some markets and not a single word.

My guess is that devs come from Europe, and when you complain about them ignoring problem, they in fact sleep (when the breakdown could have happen at 4-6PM of American time, it has been after midnight in Europe).
Probably game code stopped at one point and need to be restarted in few hours.

This is fine, but it would be nice if these delays were communicated when they happen. I’ve said it before, a simple message on the home page stating something like “We are aware of delays in the games and the developers have been alerted. We hope to have the issue resolved within a few hours” would go a long way to ease people’s minds about what is happening with the game. Just a bunch of users reporting it on the message boards makes it seem like the owners/developers don’t care. I know they have day jobs and this game runs 24 hours a day, but there should be a structure in place so the powers that be can notify the rest of us that all is well. I don’t think that is too much to ask for.
