Nice write up and way to kickstart the convo. Definitely has been quiet here this season
I think Visionaries and Flashover are locked into 1 and 2 in my conference but the battle for 3 through 6 is gonna be tight. I've got an edge given I've already banked an extra win but don't have too many easy games remaining. I'd personally slot Beware above Pressure mainly due to schedule. They've got Deronimo and Warroad left, and then a home game vs Flashover. Feels like that's 2 wins with small upside for a 3rd. Their current GS is dragging them down a bit, but it didn't stop them from beating Pressure last night. That would leave Tar Team at 6th. I think 13 wins should be enough to get into the playoffs, although a PD tiebreaker may come into play. Lots of matchups left between these 4 teams though so wouldn't surprised if things change.
I really don't know what to expect from the playoffs. The league feels pretty open for someone to make a splash ahead of the playoff deadline. Fury seems to have the best team from start to finish this season. I'm curious if their playoff team will be a bit weaker though given how many 35+ year olds they have who have likely experienced drops throughout the season. Visionaries has a great starting 5 but no bench, will Peluin add a few rotation pieces to get another chip? Not sure if anyone who is a 3 or 4 seed will be willing to try and make a push given they'd have to win 3 matchups without home court, so the smart money is on Fury/Visionaries/Flashover/Splash winning it all.
