what do you think about this player?
unfortunately he already reach his potencial and half of this seasson i trained him free throws and stamina.

Both of them are really good but I really like the Turk (2nd player). :) I see why you paid 265k for him. I would convert him into small forward and give him training in:
jump shot for guards - 6 weeks
driving for forwards - 4 weeks
inside defense for centers - 2 weeks
outside defense for point guards - 2 weeks

He would look like this:
JS 8>11 JR 7
OD 8>9 HAN 8>9
DRI 6>9 PAS 8
IS 7>8 ID 6>7
REB 5 BLO 7
