1st guy is my draftee. In which player should i put my focus and in which direction should I train him?

Both of them are really good but I really like the Turk (2nd player). :) I see why you paid 265k for him. I would convert him into small forward and give him training in:
jump shot for guards - 6 weeks
driving for forwards - 4 weeks
inside defense for centers - 2 weeks
outside defense for point guards - 2 weeks

He would look like this:
JS 8>11 JR 7
OD 8>9 HAN 8>9
DRI 6>9 PAS 8
IS 7>8 ID 6>7
REB 5 BLO 7

My plan is 1 more week passing then 4 weeks pressure then 2 weeks jump range 4 weeks one on ones and then back to pressure and passing

Never train JR. It will pop from other skill trainig. like JS, OD...

I disagree. JR is quite useful. And it doesn't pop a lot as side training.

I don't say, that it is unusefull, I just say, that JR will pop normally from side training.
