Wow, I didn't know it was that difficult to promote to D. III. Definitely regret letting a game slip away during the regular season. Even though we just won the d4. 22 championship, promotion is looking slim for my team.

If you won the finals series, you will always promote. That will never change. If you went 22-0 or 21-1 and lost in the playoffs, for example, then there is the chance you might not auto-promote.

If you won your league championship then you will promote by winning your league championship, not by automatic promotion.

Winning the championship is best too cause you get that sweet, sweet promotion increase to attendence.

Is it wrong that I now look down on div3 folk like simple serfs? Sitting up in div2 in the house of lords, scheming ways to overthrow the kings of div1

You have to look down on them to make sure you're peeing on the right ones.
