Pang-limang tanong, sino sino ang mga nakikita mong magiging staff mo kapag naging U21 coach ka kung madami ka na din nakakaalitan sa community?
I know our ex U21 manager PH-Cezzz will help me. I can just bribe him with supporter hahahaha jokes. If no one will join my staff then I will find veteran players who I know have no quarrels with me and consult with them. I don't think I'm that a Pariah that everyone hates me. Maybe you can set aside our differences and answer my dumb questions for the sake of our U21 team Boss Jepoi when the time comes? :D
Seriously as I said in my campaign speech, I invite anyone who is interested in knowing how to run a U21 squad to join my staff. It does not matter how new you are because sometimes even the most basic questions a new player may ask may be of help. Knowing how to train U21 players helps newer players a lot in my honest opinion. If PH-NZ wants a spot in the staff he is very welcome to join in despite our differences.
And to add to this PH-Cezzz asked what can I do to have continuity between U21 and NT teams. Maybe if possible both managers in the U21 and NT teams should be helping each other in each others staff. Since both of them won't retire at the same time, both will be of great help in bridging the next managers of their respective team. But that idea is only as good if any new manager is open minded enough to communicate with the manager that is left in either staff.
Pang-apat na tanong, anong masasabi mo sa level sa bawat league level? PPL, div 2, div3 at pati NT at U21
Unless may madaming pera ka na sobra you can only spend so much on player salaries on each league level. So if sa league 2 max salary is 500k in PPL you can spend at least 700k minimum. Higher salaries means you get the meet much more kinds of player skillwise.
Ang NT at U21 is like an allstar game lineup. You can choose any player you like without having to worry about salary. If you do not have experience in managing high salaried player ones thinking more often is get the higher salary player coz he certainly would be better. Not exactly the case. Secondaries of a player are very important also.

Pangatlong tanong, ano ang basis mo sa pagpili ng mga players? Offensive type? Defensive type? Sabi mo nga ay may naging comparison ka na sa dalawang klase ng player na yan.
A defensive oriented team can get you only to a certain level of play. Even if you steal more and rebound more if walang offense ka talaga walang use din. I like offensive teams and my belief is that offensive teams in the U21 setting is better since there is only a certain limit a U21 player can reach skillwise. Does not mean I will not have any defense on my players? Nope its not basta masoffensive type as compared to defensive type. If mali ang thinking ko please enlighten me why I am wrong if I ever win the elections.
