What in particular would you care to debate? In reality, the job of a manager of a brand new countries U-21 team is pretty clear. Getting the local managers to train their own players or sell the particularly talented ones to people willing to train them is priority #1. The reality is that this team will have trouble getting very far in either tournament the next 2 years because all of the competition will have been training their players for a full 3 years, while Macau cannot possibly do that. Establishing a solid scouting base and developing interest in the local community will be the emphasis if I am manager.
Again, as someone who lives in Macau, I have the opportunity to recruit other local users to the game and try to get them involved in the NT. If you elect me as U21 manager, I will do my best to create a solid base for Macau's future success in U21. My roommate just signed up and gained control of one of Macau's Division 1 team. He is excited to invest heavily in the draft and try to get prospects next season that can be trained for the U21 team. If other Macau users are willing to do the same, then in the next 3 years, this team can at least become competitive in the Asian Tournament.
