What in particular would you care to debate? In reality, the job of a manager of a brand new countries U-21 team is pretty clear. Getting the local managers to train their own players or sell the particularly talented ones to people willing to train them is priority #1. The reality is that this team will have trouble getting very far in either tournament the next 2 years because all of the competition will have been training their players for a full 3 years, while Macau cannot possibly do that. Establishing a solid scouting base and developing interest in the local community will be the emphasis if I am manager.

Again, as someone who lives in Macau, I have the opportunity to recruit other local users to the game and try to get them involved in the NT. If you elect me as U21 manager, I will do my best to create a solid base for Macau's future success in U21. My roommate just signed up and gained control of one of Macau's Division 1 team. He is excited to invest heavily in the draft and try to get prospects next season that can be trained for the U21 team. If other Macau users are willing to do the same, then in the next 3 years, this team can at least become competitive in the Asian Tournament.

Well I have a question for the other candidates.

As we know, Macau is new country in the world of BB, so what's going to be your main priority as manager of U21-national team? Is it helping new players to understand the game as good as possible or is it only the victory with the U21-team?

What I think is, now for the first season of Macau, the manager should mostly give advises and have only small goals to the team. I think good goals would be like having after two seasons atleast 5 players with salary over 10k and they must have two skills over 10. But this is mainly co-operating goal that I believe every manager should be able to achieve. The co-operating with managers of players is very important issue and if I'm getting chosen, I think I need an assistant manager that can speak atleast portuguese or chinese, and english. So I'm waiting to see whats going to happen.

The priority would be first to choose the group of players that will be in the group of the Macau U-21, next is to contact the owners of that players to talk about there players, how they should be trained and answer any doubt that the owner of the player have about BB and finaly improve all Macau U21 team to get the better results possible in short time.

Hello! My name is Luis Bullock. I'm from Spain. At the moment I have a very good team but I'm at V division, so I'm not very happy about my position. The year before, I used to help to th little countries that are apperaring these years, so I have a little expirience about selections. I also have formed part of the Staff of Barbados selection, not directly but I've worked for them looking for young good players and it was great.

I promise you I will work too hard to make Macau selection a competitive one. I know it's a very difficult work but I don't mind; I think that working hard and also with the help of the other managers and also my staff, It will be easier.

Please, if you have any question, ask me everything you want!

Thanks you very much, I think that this selection will be great in a little time.
