I've started 2 Position Training for Forwards One on One. I am using a variety of players and ages for 6 Trainees. I got 3 Trainees the full 48 and the other 3 are around 46.
Was very lucky in my first week, pulling 9 Total Pops out of the 5 players that Improved (the 30 YO did not Pop).
1 Jump Shot, 3 Driving, 2 Inside Shot and 3 Handling popped for the team.
6'0 PG popped on Driving and Inside Shot
6'8 SF popped on JS and Handling (really needed JS, as it was atrocious).
6'10 PF popped Driving and Inside Shot
7'0 C popped Driving and Handling
7'0 LP (Low Post Bench) popped Handling
Now what they improved from and to.
PG Driving went from Inept (4) to Mediocre (5) and Inside Shot went from Respectable (7) to Strong (8)
SF Jump Shot went from Atrocious (1) to Pitiful (2) and Handling from Inept (4) to Mediocre (5)
PF Driving went from Inept (4) to Mediocre (5) and Inside Shot from Mediocre (5) to Average (6)
C Driving went from Mediocre (5) to Average (6) and Handling from Average (6) to Respectable (7)
LPB Handling went from Awful (3) to Inept (4)
This is one week of Training, but not at the start of a Fresh Season as I took over just before the Relegation Games. No telling what was trained previously to get them close to these pops.
I'll do a weekly update, recheck my heights, and ensure that I track the right minutes for a more rigid study of this. I have another SF, about 6'8 I believe, who is 30... I should add ages to the next post for all Positions.
