how can I cancel my bids? i bid the wrong player and I can't seem to find a way to cancel it

There's no way you can cancel your bid. Just hope that another team will buy the player. Enjoy BB!

can i use them in my tomorrow's game? they're still not in my roster yet, but the other player that i bid is now on my roster but the others are still pending? do i have to wait for the deadline?

You cannot use them yet. They'll be on your roster when the bidding ends. If the bid ends before the game tomorrow at 5.30, then you can use them.
