Austria U21 defeated in second round of Play-Offs Consolation Tournament

After a great match in the first Knock-Out Phase against Andorra (85 - 124), Austria had to face the strong
team of Chile. Although Austria had home-court advantage, they never were the upper team. After overtime Chile won with less effort (115-104) and will go through to the next round.

After a great season, where Austria went undefeated to the KO-Phase, it is expected that the manager from this point on will focus on next season and will give the new 20-yr potentials there chance to prove their value for Austria.

Congrats! It was a great season for our U21 NT!

U21 - Scoutingupdate

Here are the results of the Austrian jury.....

I've checked 118 U20-players (all 10, 9, 8, 7 Potentials, some 6 and 5). In total we've got:
10-Potential : 8 Players; only 1 has got 10+ ups this season; most of then aren't trained.
9-Potential : 21 Players; only 1 has got 10+ ups this season; 5 player 9 ups....
8-Potential : 17 Players; only 1 has got 10+ ups this season; 1 player 9 ups....
7-Potential : 23 Players; didn't scout them all at the start of the season..
6-Potential : 34 Players, didn't scout them all at the start of the season..
5-Potential : 15 Players; didn't scout them all at the start of the season..

As you can see, not many players are trained (well) !!!
Please, if you have got a 10, 9 or 8 potential and not able to, willing to or interested in training,
put these players on the Transferlist. Someone who is willing to train can buy this player and improve
our NT/U21 !

U21 - The Season 40 Squad

After a great season, with lots of (unexpected) wins, the game against the NT was the goodbye-match for the 21-yrs.
Special thanx to Daniel Haselmayr, Arndt Stolz, Simon Kramer, Florain Platzer and Branislav Bajin and their coaches.
Some of them might make it to the NT.

As you can see; a lot of low-potential players are trained. This is okay for the U21, but it would be nice to see some more high-potentials in the team, also for the future of the NT.
