The BBs have investigated the matter thoroughly. We have talked to all parties involved, spent many hours dealing with the subject, and feel like we have a good grasp on the facts relating to what happened. We would like to state the following:
1. Domenico did not read any private messages or spy on anyone's private communication with regards to the deal made between Brazil and Spain. We feel that no abuse of power occurred in this instance, and anyone continuing to make baseless accusations towards Domenico or anyone else will be sanctioned. As policy, the BBs do not read private BB-Mails, unless they have been brought to our attention as spam or harrassment.
2. If anyone feels that an abuse of power has been committed by a BB, a former BB, a GM, or any other position of authority within BuzzerBeater, the proper course of action is to contact the BBs about it before anything else. We take matters like this seriously, and will take action when necessary. We would like to remind you that the forums are the wrong place to discuss cheating allegations.
3. It is well within the rules to make Take it Easy deals between two teams, and it is well within the rules to submit whatever tactics you desire despite making such deals.
4. We understand that the semifinals were watched by many of our users throughout the world, and that the results were both interesting and controversial. We welcome you to discuss and express your opinions about what happened, provided that none of you cross the line into personal attack.
We'd like to remind you that, in the end, BuzzerBeater is just a game. Have fun playing, and enjoy the finals!

Would one of the Spanish GMs or LAs mind translating this message into Spanish? My Spanish is decent, but not that decent.
