Moneyball Begins

After swanning about for the first 7 games of the season with little to no idea of the direction that was best for the team, it appears that the advice of some highly regarded consultants has brought about some stability for this season.

Being in Div III was a major surprise to all involved with the Peeps Organisation, and no doubt led to the unenviable position of arriving in a very competitive higher Division, with a high school gym as an Arena, a team of aging veterans being paid way too much, no money in the bank and absolutely no youth coming through after doing too well in the lower Division to get a decent Draft pick (not that there was much in the Draft)

With the recent Trading of Hall of Fame inductee Martin Niessl, there is definitely no bigger sign that the Organisation has decided to move in a fresh direction.

Things now look like there will be a calming sense of Moneyball going around until the Peeps can mold themselves into a contender whilst not getting the Organisation relegated.

The Peeps thank all consultants that help develop and grow this proud Organisation.

Big changes ahead. Good too see some direction for you.
Fare well Martin. He dominated a division for a while, few players can say they did that.
