This week we defeated Vietnam 116-87. They did well with the players that had and kept the scoreline respectable, even outscoring us in the 3rd.

We got a good win over Singapore last night. They have some great fire-power so we did well to contain them.

Last week we dropped an important game to Hong Kong. It may or may not mean much in the race for a final 4 semi.

Sorry guys but of a hiatus there on the social front but the team has been performing on the court.

In the 2nd round we started with a loss to China. Whilst losing is not what we encourage, it wasn't a shock.

Next we took Malaysia down 110-73

Lubnan copped the next defeat 100-80

Singapore was out latest match up and we took care of them 128- 73. Importantly we also saw Taiwan drop a game to Lubnan, swinging a top 2 position in our favour.

So this week we find ourselves trying to hold onto a top 2 position. We face Taiwan. Hopefully we see some exceptional gameshape on Friday and the coaching bit is very easy from my end!

Hong Kong took us out in the semi, 73- 85. We gave it a crack and with really good shape from our trainers, it just wasn't enough against a really well rounded team. Good job to them and the Hong Kong v China final is a juicy one, only one can win it but both so deserving!
