It's more on a garbage side if you ask me.
19YO with just 62 TSP is pretty low. He even got tough luck being only Perennial Allstar and not Superstar.

Inept OD and Inept Passing scare me on him even if his OD will go up fast thanks to his height.
You can get way better prospect on TL for basically nothing and he'll do better.

To put it in perspective, 19YO on better side start with 70+ TSP, that's equivalent of drafting 18YO with 50TSP start and 20TSP gain in his first season.
You can get up to 10.5 skill in each category for 19YO so in theory 100TSP but to be fair best I saw were about 80 TSP on start.

Unless you want to force home grown team... I wouldn't bother with him. I've seen 18YO with 60+TSP

All fair points, Merimen. However, he didn't ask if he would be turned into a great player, he simply asked if it was 'worth' training him (I guess as opposed to not and getting rid of him?).

Like I said to him in a bbmail, it depends on the effort he is willing to put into him. I've trained PA players onto U21 NTs but totally agree, he won't be a $100k player. Maybe $80k if he gets everything right.
