I think one of the issues of the engine is to be close to the real stats of the players and teams.
Today I played an interesting game with 2 lucky fans. (132808079)
I understand that we have special building for the free throws and because of that the correction was provided but...
My player with FT=2 had 1/10.
Show me the game where such statistic was in real life.
Even the worst players in the NBA have 50% average.
1/10 in such volume is absolutely unrealistic.

Lucky funs had better % than professional player

However, regarding your comparison to the 50% average even the worst shooters are likely achieving...

I guess if the GE was changed to support your comments it might make FT shooting (and as a result training) redundant.
Don't get me wrong, I fully agree with you; however, what would it look like if the GE was changed?

We currently have a skill range of 1-20 (obviuously 20+ is possible) for FT shooting. If the GE was changed to ensure players shot close to 50% as a minimum, then how would the skill levels hold their value? Would 7 in FT mean 6/10, 8 mean 6.5/10...20 skill mean 100% FT? How would the skill range 'look' if the GE were changed to reflect what you are suggesting?

If the GE were changed in this way, and managers knew that even a low skill level (Say 2 like your guy) would still hit close to 50% of their shots, then managers wouldn't probably bother worrying about FTs anymore; I know I wouldn't. As it stands, and despite it not reflecting reality, FTs are still a tricky but important skill to factor in as a manager. We have all experienced games we have lost at the line in the dying seconds...to realise the guy taking the shot had 15 FT and still missed! That adds to the 'reality' for me.

So, while I agree with you mostly, NBA!4_fun (NT Kazakhstan), I think any changes to the GE to enhance FT shooting would only remedy that skill useless.

Andre Drummond shot 1/11 in a NBA match in year 2017, Shaq shot 0/11 in a NBA match in year 2000 and most recently Antetokounpo shot 1/10 in a game against Dallas on january 16th 2021.

First off all I agree that any changes of GE should be carefully calculated in order to not destroy game balance.
Secondary, I think you got my point correctly.

We are talking about average figures:

1. FT=1 - 50%
2. FT = 30 - 92% or something like this (not 100).

And then we receive that 1Ft = 1.45% so each pop will give you better average percentage.
For sure I career of all players bad days are present. So it can be 25% in this particular day if player has FT=1 but not 10...

Additionally we can say that 30 is the maximum for the FT, because as I understand now it's not limited (but I'm not sure).

At the moment, each team's homepage lists their World Rank and Country Rank.

My suggestion would be to somehow show the highest World Rank and Country Rank the team has ever achieved.

As someone who likes goals, I think it would be cool to know the highest rank I've ever achieved...so I can aspire to conquer it!

I would add to your request the current world rank to the National teams overview page.

Not that it's easy to go through, but you can see your rankings at the time of your games (WR with scrimmages/PL/BBM and National Rankings with National Cups) to get your (almost) best rankings in history.

Yes, GM-Perpete...I know this and use it. Just thought it would be nice to have a little visual somewhere showing managers their best every rank.

I guess I will just have to keep striving for Number #1 in Country and World! Then, at least, there will be no doubt!
