Canada Undefeated in Season 14

After a disappointing tournament of the Americas the Canadian national team has bounced back to start season 14 on an undefeated streak.

The team has earned solid victories over Albania, Norway, Wales, Philippines and Montenegro.

"We're hoping to get home court advantage in the next Tournament of the Americas," said NT manager Chris902, "We've had some good results so far and the team is really starting to come together. Our hope is to enter the knockout round with high spirits, no injuries and a solid game plan."

No dominant scorer has emerged on the team and instead they have relied on excellent ball movement and exploiting weaknesses in their opponents game plans. Chris902 explained that the NT members "play a smart, tough, blue collar game and don't have any individual stars to rely on. We've have had some huge games from Jabir (Issa) and (Geoff) Abbott, but it's our unselfishness and intelligence that have been the real keys."

The NT program has a bright future ahead of it with a strong u21 program and an expansion of the national league bringing in new talent. Many pundits believe that the teams future will be built around small forward prodigy Essa Abu Kaleel and skilled power forward prospect Momar Maja. Former u21 star and brother of current u21 guard Gary Milot, the highly touted point guard Sylvain Milot, is expected to make his debut for the full NT soon as well.

Canadian Managers who are seeking advice or have questions about the NT are invited to message the national team manager, Chris902, visit the Canadian forum or visit the off-site forum where game plans and player skills are posted: http://bbcanada.forumotion.com/
